This year, our theme weekends are sure to be crowd pleasers! Pre-registration is required for certain games. However, there is no extra cost once you purchased your entrance ticket. So grab the camera and get ready to snap a few awesome pictures of this year’s Abbey Farms adventure!

  • Scout Weekend, September 23 & 24: Boy and Girl Scout troops can pre-register to build a scarecrow, which will remain displayed for the duration of Pumpkin Daze. Abbey Farms will supply basic scarecrow-building materials. Visitors to Pumpkin Daze will vote on their favorite, with a prize going to the scarecrow earning the most votes.
  • Grandparents Weekend, September 30 & October 1: Grandparents get in free with a paid grandchild. A photo opportunity, story time and other special events will be available.
  • County Farm Weekend, October 7 & 8: Pre-register and join fun contests such as a pie eating contest, corn eating contest, pumpkin bowling contest and more. These are free with a paid admission.
  • Farm Olympics Weekend, October 14 & 15: Again, there will be contests, but these will be more physical, with potato sack races, corn-husking races and for those who wish to test their muscle, a T-post pounding contest. Again, contests are free with paid admission.
  • Hometown Heroes Weekend, October 21 & 22: We’ll honor our veterans, fire and police departments this weekend. More details to come – watch for updates on our blog.
  • Trick or Treat Weekend, October 28 & 29: Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes. Besides the normal activities, children can collect treats at various stations around the park.
